OkayPlayer is excited to present OkayFuture Labs Beat & Sample Pack!
We are setting the bar high, and we’ve curated this special first edition with production sounds from Grammy-nominated producers Quelle Chris and Chris Keys.
Aside from being two of our favorite artists, the pair also co-scored the Oscar winning film, Judas and The Black Messiah, along with producing music for the likes of Lizzo, Danny Brown, Erick the Architect, and Lil Yachty.
This sample pack is inspired by the rich and dramatic scores of urban movie dramas from the 90s, with original compositions.

- 51 drum one-shots (9 hi hats, 10 kicks, 5 percussion samples, and 27 snares/hits)
There's a file in the FX folder called "nontendo" and if you drop that into Simpler in Ableton and click "Warp" it is a fully useable keyboard instrument
Chord progressions have midi files and reference audio included (120bpm) so you can use different sounds with your DAW if you want.
All samples are WAV file format and are labeled for integration into your production workflow.

At OkayFuture Labs, our samples usually aren't royalty-free. We put a lot of effort and time into making them. Each pack has different parts, sounds, and ideas, and it can take us hundreds of hours to get everything just right. Making our samples is a lot more work than making the usual royalty-free ones.
You can use our samples for your own projects, to make beats to sell on websites like Beatstars, and for independent music releases without needing special permission. If a big music label wants to use your music that has our samples, they'll need to talk to us about permission. Some of our sample packs come with a special license that explains how you can use them. But, if you have a big opportunity come up, we're open to discussing how you can use the samples beyond the original license.

Everything you buy from OkayFuture Labs is a digital download. Once you buy something, we can't give refunds, so please listen to the previews we provide to make sure it's what you want. You're not allowed to sell, rent out, or share the stuff you buy from us. Also, you can't put our sounds into other sample packs, drum kits, or collections.
